Ever since I can remember, I have always had a strong passion for animals. I moved from England to Wisconsin in 1996, where I studied anthropology and journalism at UW-Waukesha. After a year or so, I decided to follow my love of animals instead and entered the veterinary field on 1999. In 2009, I passed the VTNE and received my Veterinary Technician Certification. I joined New Berlin Animal Hospital in 2011 as a Veterinary Assistant because I enjoy the one on one interaction with our clients and their outstanding pets. It brings me great joy to help others, whether it be a small question or a tough decision. Currently, I live way out in the country in the southern part of Waukesha County with my Bloodhound Mix, Ducati; she’s an absolute sweetheart and completely spoiled rotten-half of my closet belongs to her wardrobe. In my spare time I enjoy social networking, reading, playing video games, playing bingo, photography and going to the gym. The majority of my family still resides in England, however I do have several family members close by that share my interests and often attend both sheepherding and agility trials with their Border Collies. It has been a pleasure to meet each client at New Berlin Animal Hospital, and I look forward to seeing our growing clientele and their pets in the future.
